Hey Dufferin, we are here with episode 27 of Dufferin’s Spotlight on Business. This week we are joined by Angella Hughes, the owner of Glomalin, an all-natural skincare company based right here in Dufferin County. Through Glomalin, Angella produces and markets skincare products that are composed of all-natural, sustainable ingredients that people of all ages will find useful. With an education in electrical engineering technology, and her first job being at the Department of National Defence, Angella has taken an interesting journey to get to where she is with Glomalin. Once learning more about her, you’ll understand why Angella is the ideal person for the skincare industry! Recently, Glomalin was incorporated into Seneca College’s Esthetics and Spa Therapies Program, which will set up their students with the products and knowledge that they have been demanding.
