Canada Day 2020 is going to be celebrated differently than other years. Many will be commemorating the occasion with virtual fireworks, but it turns out that there are multiple providers. Which one will you use?
snapd is building off of its Victoria Day event that 38,000 Ontarians took part in. Now, in an effort to bring all Canadians together during these unique times, snapd is offering a Canada Day celebration filled with virtual fireworks that will be hosted by astronaut Chris Hadfield starting at 9:30 pm on July 1st. People will be able to watch fireworks whenever and wherever they like, until July 5th. This is in sharp contrast to the virtual fireworks provided by the Canadian government. We discuss more details in the video.
To access the Canada Day Virtual Fireworks celebration, download the snapd Hub from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
